About Mike
Mike Gombas Jr. is a long-time Hampton Roads-area musician whose live work spans acoustic and alternative-rock settings. His local performances range from intimate brewery and restaurant dates to Virginia Beach oceanfront stages and regional arts events. Mike has also been featured on WHRV's Acoustic Highway, where he shared music from Step Pets and performed live in the studio.

From Hampton Roads stages to public radio
Mike was featured on WHRV's Acoustic Highway in March 2025. The station described him as a long-time area musician and noted his VEER Local Music Award recognition, music with Step Pets, and an in-studio performance.
